Danni er tónlistarmaður & tónheilari & hefur undan farin áratug samið tónlist undir nafninu TRPTYCH. Hann mun skapa hljóðheima með gong, gítar, jörð, alheim, flautum, trommum & fjölmörgum öðrum hljóðfærum. Tónferðalagið er 2 klst. (20.00-22.00) Þú kemur þegar þér hentar, læðist inn, leggur framlag & kemur þér vel fyrir. Mælst er með að koma kl. 20.00 og vera allan tímann.

Í Reyr Studio er fullt af dýnum, púðum & teppum sem hægt er að nýta sér, þú getur lagast niður eða verið sitjandi, bara að þér líður vel.

Þú þarft ekkert að gera – bara hlusta, upplifa & leyfa hljóðunum að leiða þig inn í djúpa slökun & kyrrð.

Danni of TRPTYCH will host a dreamy SOUND JOURNEY on Tuesday, September 22nd.

Danni is a musician and sound healer who has spent the past decade creating music under the name TRPTYCH. He will create immersive soundscapes using gong, guitar, drones, flutes, drums and many other instruments, bringing together sounds of the Earth, the cosmos among multiple other instruments. The Sound Journey lasts 2 hours (20:00–22:00). You can arrive whenever it suits you, quietly slip in, make a contribution and get yourself comfortable. It is recommended to arrive at 20:00 and stay for the whole journey.

Reyr Studio has plenty of mats, cushions and blankets for you to use. You can lie down or sit — whatever feels most comfortable for you.

You don’t need to do anything — just listen, experience and allow the sounds to guide you into deep relaxation and stillness.
