The Team
elma
Elma has been practicing yoga for over a decade. Trained in northern India in the Hatha tradition, she has since gone deep into breath work, restorative yoga, somatics and Yoga Therapy.
She originally studied engineering, ran a café, managed a hotel, and owned a couple of concept stores. The thread running through all of it: creating space for people to thrive — giving teachers, designers, and artists a platform to bring their ideas to life.
Her classes all include the same elements whether working on strength building or resting and nourishing the nervous system: breath and body awareness, restorative and therapeutic practices — "things that have worked for me and that I keep watching work for others."
Elma founded REYR in 2024.
