LIMITED SPACES (we can only take 10 people-if you know you want to join, sign up so you won't not miss it )
Join us for a nourishing evening of Tea ceremony, gentle Yin yoga, and an immersive sound bath.
Cha Dao (茶道), often translated as The Way of Tea, is a Chinese Tea practice that approaches the preparation and drinking of tea as a form of meditation, mindfulness, and connection.
Rather than simply drinking a cup of tea, Cha Dao invites us to turn an everyday act into a meaningful ritual.
Together, we’ll create space to slow down, quiet the mind, release tension, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body.
Through the ritual of Tea, we’ll arrive in the present moment.
With Yin yoga, we’ll gently unwind and settle into stillness.
And through the healing vibrations of sound, we’ll be invited to rest deeply and simply receive.
Just come as you are and leave present, calm and grounded.
Life is busy and Cha Dao is a way to create more space in it
You guides:
Airi is a yoga teacher and embodiment mentor with a love for gentle movement, mindful rituals, and the art of slow living. Her soft, intuitive approach to yoga invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and find presence in the everyday. Inspired by nature, tea, and the beauty of simplicity, she creates spaces where you can soften, breathe, and simply be.
Martin-Ott is a multi-instrumentalist and tea lover. He has interest in instuments from all over the world, like African harp Ngoni, Hangdrum and Native American Flutes, which all will be part of this musical journey, played live in the space for this yoga session.
He is also passionate about tea and it’s possibility to impact a persons life, especially when served with love and care.
Both of us could tell a 5 hour long story about how Tea has changed our lives, but instead we'll invite you to experience it for yourself.
